Lara Paemen is the Managing Director of IFMA (International Facility Management Association) EMEA and responsible for the EMEA strategy of IFMA. Graduated as an Interior designer and owner of a Master in International Business she acquired 18 years of experience as a Strategic Workplace Consultant and Change manager across Europe, before joining IFMA. She is a renowed speaker at conferences on topics related to the FM industry and has been covered in many FM and RE related (online) magazines across the globe. Lara is based in Belgium and speaks four languages.
