For over twenty years Kati has been leading and developing FM and Workplace strategy area in international organizations. Before Tenant & Partner, she worked at Microsoft, Coor, Skanska and Pharmacia. Kati is also Global Chair of WE (Workplace Evolutionaries), the Workplace community of IFMA and has previously served as Chairman of the IFMA Sweden Chapter.
